Nursery Practitioner

Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our Bristol team and contribute to the nurturing and development of young children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children in an early childhood education setting. 

Duties:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
• Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals
  Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
• Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment
• Demonstrate leadership skills and be a positive role model for children

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Relevant childcare qualifications, can also be unqualified (cannot be health and social care)
• Must be a driver
• Enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
