Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner in Harrow to contribute to the nurturing and development of young children in our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children in an early childhood education setting. Duties:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals
- Manage daily routines and ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills and be a positive role model for children

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 in early years
• Previous experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Current enhanced DBS
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development
