Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the nursery
• Lead and support a team of educators to ensure high standards of care and education
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Build strong relationships with parents and staff to ensure a positive, supportive environment for children
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow

Requirements:

• Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent
• Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a team effectively
• Passion for supporting children's growth and development
